“Observe how a species is saved from extinction.
The Manatee Conservation Center at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico receives visitors interested in the conservation efforts on behalf of manatees.

The visits include an orientation in our research and rehabilitation laboratories and a firsthand view of the work of the Center to help safeguard this species from extinction. The visits are in the style of a “behind the scenes” tour guided by our educators.”
